Press Processing

We have expanded our mold manufacturing and maintenance facilities, enhancing our processing equipment. By introducing dedicated 3D CAD/CAM software for press mold design, we have improved our technical capabilities. Our molds are designed based on a mass production track record, making them easy to assemble and maintain.
They feature high precision and durability, allowing for efficient maintenance.

We have 13 single-operation press machines ranging from 45 tons to 200 tons. These are suitable for small-lot production and the manufacturing of large products.
They can be combined with sheet metal processes such as laser cutting and bending. We can accommodate a wide range of needs.

We have 14 progressive press machines, including a 300-ton servo press. We process precision parts for car audio systems, automotive components, office automation equipment, and industrial equipment parts. We can handle various materials such as iron, aluminum, and copper with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 4.5 mm.
We propose the optimal materials and processing methods.

We handle secondary processes such as tapping and spot welding. Additionally, we support press part processing including high-spin riveting, hydraulic press-fitting, and ultrasonic cleaning.
Surface treatments like plating, electrodeposition coating, and anodizing are managed by our partner factories. This allows us to provide high-quality products tailored to customer requirements.

Our technical, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments collaborate to implement quality management practices that ensure high-quality products. We guarantee high precision using advanced measuring equipment. Additionally, we have obtained certification for the international quality management system for the automotive industry, IATF 16949:2016. We strive to improve operational efficiency and enhance quality to meet the needs of our global customers.
