~Growing and Succeeding with Our Employee~
Sansin Seisakusho Group is a metal processing manufacturer with two bases: Sansin Seisakusho in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, and its subsidiary, Sansin High Technology Thailand, located in Ayutthaya Province, Thailand.
We produce a large volume of stamped (pressed) parts and a wide variety of sheet metal parts in small quantities.
In Japan, we have been in business for over 75 years, and our Thai factory has been operating for over 25 years. This year marks my 20th anniversary as president. In recent years, we have seen steady growth in our performance, thanks to the development of our employees, improvements in technology and management capabilities, and timely investments in equipment.
However, we have faced significant challenges in the past. In 2003, we lost our main business of manufacturing parts for CRT televisions, leading to the closure of our factory in Saitama Prefecture. We were swept away by the wave of technological change. In 2011, our Thai factory, which had been steadily expanding, was submerged by an unprecedented flood.

We were swept away by the wave of technological change. In 2011, our Thai factory, which had been steadily expanding, was submerged by an unprecedented flood.
Inspired by these words, we relied on our colleagues, motivated and inspired one another, and forged ahead.
As a result, our company has grown significantly, now with over 400 employees across the group and annual sales approaching 4 billion yen.
Recently, the business environment in Japan and around the world has become increasingly uncertain and unstable due to global warming, increased natural disasters from climate change, geopolitical risks, and the coronavirus. While we anticipate that these challenging conditions will persist, we remain committed to our motto of employee participation management.
We will continue to strive to be a company where employees can experience growth and success together and feel “Happy Together”.
