Filter Dust Collector
Eliminates dust dispersal and inhalation risks caused by manual air guns. Custom-tailored design optimized for sealing and usability, perfectly matching your specific workspace environment and operational flow. Creates a clean, safe, and comfortable environment where anyone can perform cleaning without making a mess.
Leak Tester
Quickly detects invisible, microscopic leaks through air injection. Previously, the process required filling the workpiece with air and submerging it in water for as long as 8 minutes to check for leaks. To overcome the production-floor challenge of “time-consuming tests and poor operational efficiency,” we designed and built a dedicated testing machine from scratch. By eliminating the need for water submersion and significantly reducing inspection time, we have dramatically boosted daily operational efficiency.
